includes:

to the student’s account during the first semester and the
other half during the second semester.
Scholarships and grants are available to full-time students only;
and scholarship and grant recipients may also be eligible to receive
other forms of institutional, federal, and state aid. In most cases,
only one institutional “merit” scholarship can be awarded
to each student.
There are both institutional and academic scholarships and most
are renewable each year for a full four year degree period.

and in some cases, on-campus residency is required.
